Panda Arrow Puzzle — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Panda Arrow Puzzle (“the game”) is made by an independent developer, bobredobre (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data the game and the services inside it collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the game on Google Play and the App Store.
In short
- You do not create an account. We never ask for your name, e-mail, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
- Your progress, coins, cards and settings are saved only on your device.
- The game uses two outside services: Google AdMob to show ads and Google Analytics for Firebase to see how the game is played, so we can make it better.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the game asks for your consent before any of this starts.
Data saved on your device
Your level, coins, collected cards, daily streak and settings (sound, music, vibration, language) are stored in the game’s own files on your device. They are not sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes them.
Game analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
To learn where players get stuck, which levels are too hard and whether the game runs well on different phones, the game sends gameplay events to Google Analytics for Firebase, a Google service (provided by Google Ireland Limited in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), which processes them on our behalf.
- What is sent: a random app ID that Firebase creates when the game is first opened (it is not linked to your identity, and reinstalling the game creates a new one); on Android, the device’s advertising ID where your settings allow it; events such as a level started, won or lost, coins earned and spent, cards collected, ads shown and what they earned; session start and length; device model, operating system version, language, app version and short error messages from the game’s code.
- Location: Google works out your approximate location (country, region) from your IP address when the data arrives. We do not receive or keep your IP address.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland what Google may store follows your choice in the consent window (Google consent mode). If you do not agree, only basic signals without identifiers are sent. You can change your choice later in the game’s settings.
- We do not use this data to find out who you are, and we do not sell it.
How Google handles this data: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game is free and is paid for by ads: a banner during levels, an ad between some levels, and ads you choose to watch for a reward (for example, to continue a level or get extra coins). The ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address, device information and how you interact with the ads, and may use cookies or similar technologies.
- Personalised ads are shown only where the law allows; in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland only if you agree in the consent window that the game shows on first launch (Google’s User Messaging Platform). You can change your choice later in the game’s settings.
- You can always limit ad tracking on your device: on Android in Settings → Google → Ads (reset or delete your advertising ID); on iPhone in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- How Google uses data from apps that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Legal basis
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we rely on your consent for personalised ads and for game analytics, and on our legitimate interest in showing non-personalised ads that keep the game free. Elsewhere we rely on our legitimate interest in running, funding and improving the game.
Purchases
The game currently has no purchases for real money. Card packs are bought with coins earned in the game.
Children
The game is meant for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
How long data is kept
Analytics data is kept only as long as needed to improve the game and is then deleted or anonymised. Advertising data is kept by Google under its own policy. Data on your device stays until you uninstall the game.
Where data is processed
Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time (in the game’s settings, or by uninstalling it). Because the game does not know who you are, uninstalling it also breaks any link between you and the analytics data already sent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
